The building is located at the old area of Strovolos Municipality in Nicosia. It’s an educational and sports building consisting of 4 levels, a basement, ground floor plus 2 additional floors with with high tech Gym facilities and rooms for group training with big live load occupancy.
The total covered area of the building is 1.500m2. The Budget of the Project was around 2.3 Million Euros. The building utilizes modern materials as metal facades and glass glazing and is in full conformance with the thermal insulation regulations and approaved by the Cyprus Organization of Sports. The building is designed in conformance with the current Earthquake Codes of Practice and it was analysed and modeled using the latest Structural analysis software.
The project was published in Technical Magazines as a highlight and excellent project.
