Founded in 2006 and headquartered in Nicosia, we bring together a professional team with more than 30 years of combined experience and a proven track record of successful projects across Cyprus and the wider region.

Engineer4U is a registered member of the Cyprus Scientific and Technical Chamber (ETEK) and an active member of several other esteemed professional bodies, associations and alliances.

We work with investors, developers, institutions, municipalities and public authorities, combining engineering precision with regulatory insight and hands-on, multidisciplinary engineering experience. We are also a trusted partner to banks, lawyers, financiers, financial advisors, funds, NPL servicers, distressed asset managers, and major institutional landowners, providing technical advisory, consulting and support services.

Principal Engineer

PARIS CONSTANTINOU

Self-employed since 2006 , owner of Engineer4U Civil Engineering Consultants LLC, a multi-disciplinary engineering consulting firm, leader of a team of engineers, architects and other professionals. Managed a number of small, medium and large scale projects in the Commercial, Residential, Environmental, Energy, Health and Safety sectors. Actively involved in various Non-Governmental Organisations, as well as in the political arena of Cyprus. Past Vice President of the Licensing Authority (semi-Governmental Organization) appointed by the President of the Republic of Cyprus for five years. Past President of the Rotary Club of Nicosia-Lefkothea and awarded as a Paul Harrys Fellow. Member of ETEK Committee for Energy, Natural Gas and Renewable Energy. Founding member of INE (Institute of Young Scientists), Member by Selection of the Civil Defense Task force “Egkelados” for immediate response team for Earthquakes and other catastrophes. Participated in many Cypriot and European events representing various bodies such as the student movement, youth and professional organizations. Also registered in various professional bodies and completed a number of professional seminars in various subjects.

Highlights of Professional Experience:

Completed the design and supervision of a number of projects on the commercial, industrial, residential, mixed use, retrofitting, Renewable Energy (PV), Defense, public sector, Civil works, etc.

Key Projects: Alakati Village Project with a budget 350 million Euros, TAFL Medical Centre with a budget 12 million Euros, Ministry of Defense Project in Nicosia with a budget 4.1 million Euros, Ministry of Defense Project in Nicosia District with a budget 5 million Euros, Medical Center in Nicosia with a budget 2.5 million euros, Commercial center (multi-storey building) in Nicosia with a budget 2.5 million Euros, many villas and residence buildings. Large scale (commercial) Photovoltaic Projects 45MW with a budget 30 million euros, more than 170 Photovoltaic Projects from 20KW up to 1000KW power each in Cyprus, Energy Audits to Buildings commercial. Have prepared many Environmental Impact Assessments and conducted Environmental Monitoring inspections. Have prepared a number of Health and Safety Plans for projects in the Construction industry. Conducting a number of Full Depth Technical Due Diligence reports and studies for Real Estate, buildings and other Structures for the major banks of Cyprus and their subsidiaries mainly for pre-boarding and on-boarding real estate.

George Andreou was born in Larnaca, Cyprus. Has graduated from the University of Cyprus and he is a member of ETEK (Cyprus Scientific and Technical Chamber). Εmployed as a senior on Engineer4U Civil Engineering Consultants LLC since 2018, a multi-disciplinary engineering consulting firm.

NICOLAS NICOLAOU

Nicolas Nicolaou was born in Nicosia, Cyprus. He earned his Civil Engineering and Environmental Engineering degree from University of Cyprus. He currently continues further his postgraduate academic studies at University of Cyprus in order to obtain his Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Civil Engineering master degree in Construction and Transport Infrastructure Management.

ANGELA KATSIANI

Angela Katsiani is the Business Operations & Development Executive and PA to the CEO, holding an MBA and a BSc in Economics, as well as professional certifications from the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission, the Insurance Institute of Cyprus and the American Banking Association.
